1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- United States: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Vitarat is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Shipping Providers

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund if applicable.
