2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used supplements, gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team.
